Terms for sponsored placements

These terms apply when a company buys a sponsored placement for a charging operator on FindLader.
What the placement is
A sponsored placement shows the selected operator at the top of the operator list with a clear "Sponsored" badge. The placement is a visibility service — we do not guarantee a specific number of impressions, clicks, customers or conversions.
Editorial independence
FindLader continues to control all content, prices, data and rankings on operator and city pages. A sponsorship only adds the featured, labelled placement and does not change prices or results in the optimizer.
Payment and invoicing
Sponsorships are subscriptions that renew automatically for the chosen period (month, quarter or year) until cancelled. Payment is handled by Stripe, and an invoice with VAT is issued automatically. Prices are stated in Danish kroner including VAT.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time via the Stripe customer portal — sign in with the email you used at checkout. On cancellation the placement runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew. No refunds are given for periods already in progress.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". FindLader is not liable for indirect losses or for fluctuations in impressions caused by traffic, technical conditions or changes to the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law, and any disputes are settled by the Danish courts.
